Enrich Contacts with Salesforce data

Now in Beta for Enterprise customers, you can connect Salesforce to Dovetail’s contact database to enrich contact records with CRM data, eliminating manual entry and giving your team the context they need to filter participants, track engagement, and uncover richer insights.

To set up the integration, a Salesforce admin with Dovetail workspace admin rights can head to Settings → Integrations → Connect Salesforce. From there, you’ll authenticate with Salesforce, configure your field mappings (using email as the unique identifier), and preview your setup before saving. Once connected, you can sync Salesforce data into Dovetail in three ways: sync an individual contact, bulk sync, or upload a CSV file to sync.

This update makes it easier to connect the voice of your customer to the data you already have in Salesforce, helping your teams prioritize, segment, and align faster with full customer context.
