We’ve added new integrations for Slack, HubSpot Service Hub, and Freshdesk. With these integrations, anyone can instantly track and uncover trends from support tickets and messages in Channels.
Connect your account, and new feedback will automatically sync into Dovetail, where our AI will classify and categorize them into themes. For Slack, you can also push messages from your Slack workspace into a channel under Actions.
These integrations are available to Channels users on Professional and Enterprise plans.
