Ki Aguero is a UX Researcher passionate about empathizing with and showing compassion for end users. She has more than a decade of experience in the user research space as well as multiple communications degrees.

In addition to user research, her work also emphasizes education, public speaking, writing, and emotional intelligence. Outside of work, she enjoys gluten-free cooking, hiking, yoga, and audiobooks.
