We’re excited to announce the Fall launch 2025 of Dovetail, introducing AI-native customer intelligence platform! This launch reimagines how organizations connect with their customers by combining always-on AI, automation, and powerful new features to drive real impact.

Highlights of this launch:

AI Insights [Beta] (soon to be AI Docs)

AI Insights are now live for Business and Enterprise plans, making it simple to transform raw feedback into polished, shareable outputs. From reports to product requirements, Docs help teams align quickly with evidence-backed insights.

Agents [Closed beta]

Agents are available in closed beta for all paid plans. These autonomous assistants continuously monitor feedback, detect shifts, and trigger intelligent actions—from briefing executives to filing tickets or sharing alerts in Slack, Teams, or email. Request early access

Salesforce enrichment [GA]

Salesforce enrichment is now generally available for Business (as an add-on) and Enterprise plans after a successful beta. Contacts are automatically synced daily with Salesforce data, linking customer voice directly to account details, revenue context, and other attributes. This integration helps teams connect feedback to business outcomes and make smarter, context-aware decisions.

Segments [GA]

Segments, generally available for Business (as an add-on) and Enterprise customers, allow you to create dynamic customer groups based on fields like industry, ARR, or account tier. This makes it easy to compare customer groups and prioritize initiatives with business context built in.

Improved contextual Chat [Beta]

Chat has been enhanced for all plans, making customer intelligence more transparent and actionable. You can now verify answers with deep-linked citations and reasoning, and generate insight reports or product plans directly from Chat. For enterprise users, workplace admin can also control chat behaviors through Custom chat prompt.

Improved Channels [GA]

Channels have been upgraded across all plans with smarter automation and new capabilities. Feedback streams are now easier to classify, automatically linked to the right customers or groups, and accessible through Chat, so you can ask contextual questions and receive evidence-backed answers.

Semantic search [GA]

Semantic search is now generally available across all plans. Combining AI-powered context with keyword precision, it makes finding insights across calls, surveys, tickets, and reviews faster and more accurate than ever.

New integrations [GA]

Dovetail now connects with more of your favorite tools—Salesforce, Linear, Gong [Beta], Outset, and Alloy [Beta]. These integrations centralize data into Dovetail as your single source of customer intelligence, and let you share insights, make fast decisions, and trigger immediately actions.

Dark mode [GA]

Dark mode is now available across all plans. By default, Dovetail will match your system or browser's appearance setting. You can set a permanent preference in your Account settings to a dark or light interface theme.

AI Dashboards [Coming soon]

Dashboards is coming soon in Beta for Enterprise customers. Always-on dashboards powered by AI automatically surface trends, patterns, and sentiment, providing a real-time pulse on customer intelligence to act fast.
