Outset integration

You can now connect Outset, the AI-moderated research platform, directly to Dovetail. With this new integration, customer reports generated in Outset can be exported straight into your Dovetail projects—so your research stays connected, searchable, and ready to share alongside all your other customer data.

From any Outset report page, click the Download button and choose Export to Dovetail. Pick the right Dovetail project you want to bring the data to, and your report will appear in the Insights tab, ready for analysis, chat, search, and sharing.

By centralizing Outset reports in Dovetail, your team gets a single source of truth for customer intelligence—no more jumping between tools, so your team can move faster to decisions and actions with clarity.
