How to create a custom transcription vocabulary

By adding your own specialized words and phrases, you can reduce errors due to mishearing and differences in accents and improve the overall efficiency of your transcription process.

Adding words to your custom vocabulary

Adding words to your custom vocabulary is simple five step process.

1. Click the Settings button in the top right-hand corner of your workspace.

2. Select Transcription from the left sidebar.

3. In the box under Workspace custom vocabulary, type the words or phrases you’d like to add.

4. That’s it, you’re done!
