To set up an integration, navigate to the integration settings. In the case of customer calls, connect your calendar and the video conferencing source you’re using. Enter the relevant keywords, such as “customer” or “interview” and select which project you’d like to upload the calls to.

Now any calls that fit those settings will be automatically uploaded without you having to do a thing.
