Mathspace previously shared long paper reports and disparate Trello boards that failed to capture the compelling aspects of their research, leaving stakeholders wanting more. Since switching to Dovetail, they can now provide insights that link directly to individual video snippets and related notes, allowing stakeholders to explore information at varying levels of detail. Mathspace had a lot of input coming in from multiple different sources—interviews, surveys, support tickets, in-app feedback, and NPS—but they didn’t have a good tool to manage data from so many sources. Doing big batches of research meant lots of time spent chewing through it all.
